In this blend, we choose to highlight Costa Rican coffee due to the compelling story behind Coopelibertad, one of the oldest and most respected coffee cooperatives in the country, founded in 1961. Initially aimed at supporting smallholder farmers, Coopelibertad gradually recognized the essential contributions of women in coffee-growing communities.
