Honduras Constantino Guardado

Fulcrum Coffee

Constantino Guardado Serrano is a lifelong livestock farmer from Santa Barbara, Honduras. Serrano purchased his farm “Finca La Gravilea” in 2010, and started planting and harvesting coffee for the first time. He found the coffee farming work “very noble.” Over the years, he had the help of neighbors who had experience in coffee plantations, and learned to handle high quality microlots and coffee to sell to specialty coffee markets.

Serrano’s children are dedicated to the livestock that the family has in another region of the country, and during harvest time, they come to Finca La Gravilea to help Serrano collect coffee cherries. Serrano and his family take great pride in their crops, and we’re excited to work with their delicious coffee.
