Start timer right after the initial pour.
Check time when draining is complete.
PREP
- Wet the filter in the V60 cone with hot water over a mug or carafe. Dispose of water.
- Place 25g of ground coffee into the wet filter.
- Tap to even out the bed of coffee grounds. Zero out the scale.
BLOOM
- Pour 50g of water in a circular motion to wet coffee evenly.
- Start timer, then wait 30 seconds for coffee to de-gas.
BREW
- Pour 100g of water in a circular motion over the next 20 seconds.
- Intermittently pour the rest of the water to maintain a steady water sruface level.
DRAIN
- Let drain entirely.
